Pricing
Pricing for Google TV Ads run through an auction-based pricing system; you only pay for impressions that are actually delivered. Google is able to track how many TV sets were on during your ad – Tivo or DVR recordings are not counted. The winning advertiser bid pays the next-highest bidder's offer, so cost will never exceed your set budget.
