Los Angeles, CA (September 19, 2006) – SalesBuilder Inc., the premier behavioral profiling and targeting engine for optimizing online engagement, personalization and lead conversion, and Runaware™ Inc., the world's leading online software evaluation service, announced today they have entered into a three-year worldwide OEM agreement that enables Runaware to sell their TestDrive evaluation system with a fully-integrated version of SalesBuilder’s technology. The agreement will provide Runaware’s customers with a premier online lead capture and software demonstration tool.
Runaware’s™ TestDrive online evaluation service enables customers to offer evaluations of their technology without the need for download or installation. Runaware™ can install a company’s application on its secure servers where it can be viewed and accessed by prospects via a secured and safe applet within a web browser. Once a prospect chooses to evaluate a company’s application using Runaware’s™ TestDrive service, SalesBuilder’s engine engages those prospects with easily modifiable profiling questions that instantly help companies understand who is evaluating their technology and why. Having already forged a close working relationship on other projects, this agreement more tightly integrates the systems of the two companies to ensure that Runaware’s customers enjoy a seamless lead capture and qualification experience.
