Tim Keyes - Chief Executive Officer
In 2002, Mr. Keyes joined Runaware as a Senior Account Manager, was promoted to VP of North American Operations in 2006 and promoted again to Chief Operating Officer at the end of 2006. In 2007 he was chosen to lead the company as CEO and continues his involvement in company operations as well as promoting Runaware’s long-term vision. Before becoming a part of the Runaware team, Mr. Keyes was once owner of SWOP Eastern, a propane gas company. After extraordinary growth, from 17 distribution locations to over 480 locations, he sold the business in 2001. Tim holds a BS degree from Lakehead University in Canada with a Concentration in Economics, Political Science and Law.

Andy Poulter - Chief Technology Officer
Andy joined Runaware in 2003 as Product Manager focusing on product technology and major US accounts, was promoted to VP, Product Strategy in 2006 and Chief Technology Officer in 2007. Prior to joining Runaware in 1996, Mr. Poulter was a founding member of the Citrix EMEA team. Mr. Poulter led and then managed the EMEA System Engineering Team, until in 1999 he moved into Product Management at Citrix’s corporate headquarters in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. From 1992 to 1996, he worked in Research and Development for Kerridge Computer Company. Andy has a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Southhampton.

Ben Walters - VP Engineering & Operations, India
Mr. Walters joined Runaware in 2007 to lead its new Indian Development operation. Ben has more than 17 years experience in the software industry, initially as a developer with a number of software startups in various industries. In 1994 he joined ViewSoft, where he was instrumental in creating revolutionary application development tools. In 1999 ViewSoft was acquired by Citrix, where he spent the next 7 years working in the Advanced Products Group on corporate strategy, technology research and M&A.
He has consulted for Xerox, Dow Jones, the Toronto Stock Exchange, Tandem, Microsoft, Duracell, Chevron, Schlumberger and others. Ben is a named inventor on one issued patent and several pending patents and is a frequent speaker at software industry conferences.

Stefan Persson - Chief Architect
Mr. Persson joined Runaware in 2000 and is responsible for architecture and development.
Prior to joining Runaware, Mr. Persson worked as a development and networking consultant at CMA Comedia, a Swedish computer consulting firm. While working at CMA, Stefan was involved in the initial design and development of the Runaware technology.
Stefan studied computer science and engineering at Chalmers University of Technology in Gothenburg, Sweden.

Emma Hjälmås - VP of Operations, EMEA
After several years project managing clients such as Volvo Cars, the Volvo Group and Elanders Infologistics, Emma became a department manager at Semcon in 2000. In 2002 she moved on to become the Marketing Director and acting CEO for Lanpro. Since 2003 Emma has pursued a career as a self-employed management consultant through CyberCats.
Emma joined Runaware as a consultant in April, 2006 and became an employee in June 2006 to head up the Swedish organization. Emma has studied business development and entrepreneurship at Gothenburg University.

Rod Plummer - Sales & Marketing, EMEA
Mr. Plummer joined Runaware in 2006 and is responsible for Runaware’s European Sales and Marketing operations. Leveraging more than 20 years of industry experience, Mr. Plummer’s focus is to grow revenue, deliver profitability for the company and provide the best service to Runaware's European customers.
Prior to joining Runaware, Mr. Plummer spent 12 years with various UK based software companies. As Product Manager, Marketing Director and Director of US operations for ABC Systems, he was responsible for major strategic alliances with Microsoft and further partnerships with Tivoli Systems (US), Peregrine Software (US) and Bull (France). Rod holds a B.A. in Business Administration and is a Post Graduate in Strategic Marketing from the Kellogg School of Management, Chicago USA.

Jayson Gehri - Sales & Marketing, The Americas
Mr. Gehri joined Runaware in 2006 to lead the company’s marketing efforts and form Runaware’s customer marketing services team. With ten years of experience in traditional and online marketing, he is responsible for elevating the Runaware brand and building effective marketing programs for Runaware clients. Originally focusing in the aerospace industry, Mr. Gehri has played a vital role as the lead in building strategic marketing programs for Socata and Safire Aircraft. He was also in charge of Marketing, Public and Member Relations for the NASA Small Aircraft and Transportation System (SATS) research consortium at the Southeast SATSLab.
Jayson holds a B.S. in Aerospace Studies and a Masters in Aviation Business Administration, both from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
