Marcus Hamberg, Chairman
Mr. Hamberg worked for OM Gruppen AB, holding various positions including; Vice President of Business Development, President of OM Energy Systems AB and Senior Vice President of Corporate Development. Mr. Hamberg was instrumental in the establishment of OM’s business in North America. After leaving OM Gruppen in 2000, he founded Mangold AB, a small-cap investment bank in which he still is a major shareholder and director. Mr. Hamberg graduated in 1993 from the Stockholm School of Economics (M.sc. financial economics).
Karl Björk, Board Member
Karl is currently working as the Senior Vice President and Director of Sales for software company VoiceTrust GmbH. Mr. Björk has extensive experience in International Sales at the following Swedish software companies; Micro Systemation AB from 2004-2007, Sign On from 2001-2002, and iD2/Smarttrust from 1999-2001. Karl has a degree in Finance from Handelshögskolan in Stockholm, majoring in Marketing and German Business.
Krister Björklund, Board Member
Currently Christer Björklund is CEO and member of the Executive Board of Passito AB. From 1997 to 2001 Christer Björklund was member of the management team at Connecta AB. Prior to this he has more than 15 years experience from the IT business in Scandinavia. He has a Marketing and Sales degree in Finance and Economics from IHM Business School in Stockholm.
Tomas Björklund, Board Member
Tomas worked in the brokerage industry for 18 years including Matteus Fondkommission; which he started together with his brother in 1990. Currently he holds a major stock share in a Swedish public company.
Thomas Blitz, Board Member
Blitz has worked as a turn-around consultant for the last 10 years mainly with IT and Energy companies. His latest major assignment was as American President of ProtectData/Pointsec (an IT security company), where he managed a 30-fold sales growth in less than 4 years. Prior to doing turn-arounds, Blitz was the co-founder and co-chairman for 18 years of Compass, the world leading IT improvment company doing business in 38 countries. Blitz holds a Master's degree in Business from the Stockholm School of Economics (Handelshögskolan) and has also studied at the University of California, San Diego.
Patrik Egervall, Board Member
Currently Patrik is responsible for Strategic Sales at TietoEnators. Prior to his experience at TietoEnator, Mr. Egervall was the CEO at Monetar AB, CP of Sales at WM-Data AB and held different managerial positions within OMX Gruppen AB. Patrik has a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and a degree from the Management Program at the Tuck Warton Business School.
